COME AND MEET PREYSTALKER!

Hello Again! We’re back with a new streamer profile and today we’re going to meet PreyStalker! Prey hails from the St Louis area in Illinois and has been in love with games most of his life. He started streaming on and off around 2015, but couldn’t hold a consistent schedule due to work commitments. Now that he’s retired (more on that later), he has decided to dedicate more time to his enjoyment of games and entertaining people with said games. Incidentally, Prey was the 200th follower of our previous streamer introduction, Jordan K Games. They have come a long way together and often co-stream. 

Prey followed Sonja “OMGITSFIREFOXX” Reid both on YouTube and Twitch. Watching her grow on the platform and form an awesome supportive community inspired him to start his own channel, especially as he played similar games. He acquired a PS4 and had the ability to start streaming! He was instantly hooked! He still plays on PS4 and a few pc games but is hoping to build an epic gaming pc so he can play even more games. 

Prey’s favorite games to stream are quite wide-ranging. Minecraft is always a popular one as it’s so chill to play and to watch. According to his Twitch stats, Minecraft is his most streamed game. Then comes Conan Exiles, which is an open-world survival game, based on Conan the Barbarian. Make friends, defeat enemies, build cities, and even have a bear as a pet! Next up is the newest rage on the block, Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout. You’re a little jellybean, plonked into various challenging levels that you have to qualify in to advance to the next round. After a few rounds, should you qualify, you get to a final round where you have a chance to win the coveted Crown. This often rage-inducing, competitively addictive game has seen Prey win, lets just say, he has been on the podium, shall we? He’s done better than some of his teammates anyway (right, Chris? Sorry, Chris). 

Prey’s favorite game overall, however, is Assassin’s Creed. In particular the Ezio Collection of AC2, Brotherhood, and Revelations. Each game follows a fascinating story where you’re, well, an assassin, but you’re part of a group that prevents the Knights Templar from getting their hands on the “Pieces of Eden”. If the Knights ever succeed, they would essentially control the world. The gameplay is fun because you’re basically an acrobat, jumping and doing parkour over every town you visit.

PreyStalker served in the US Air Force since 2000 and through them was sent all over the world. He loves talking about his experiences, both good and bad. He retired after 20 years of service (salute!) and now dedicates his time to his family. He and his wife were high school sweethearts and have 2 wonderful kids. His special-needs son has a unique condition which he shares about on stream occasionally, simply because it’s not well known and he likes bringing awareness to it.
